Under contract to NAVFAC, Pond updated Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans to comply with new technical standards. This included updating all data sheets and performing STI SP001 inspections on all aboveground storage tanks at six US Navy installations in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi.
