Southwest Airlines Assessments - Nationwide
Under a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Pond is working with Southwest Airlines (SWA) and local airport authorities at multiple airports across the country to assess passenger ticketing, check-in and movement in and around the respective ticket lobby. Pond is performing on-site assessment of existing conditions and services, arrival sequence, developing multiple schemes of alternative layouts of these areas and working very closely with SWA, the Airport, Security and local state and city agencies to determine the optimal design solution. To date we have successfully designed and initiated renovations at the following airports: MSY, ABQ, SJC, SEA & MKE, with three additional airports pending.
