School of Pharmacy Relocation - Virginia Commonwealth University - Richmond, VA

The School of Pharmacy Medicinal Chemistry was located on the 5^th floor of the Smith Building and relocated to the 2^nd floor of the Biotech One Building.  The Medicinal Chemistry Department occupies approximately 10,000 square feet and located in suites 200, 205 and 208.  Renovation included the installation of new doors, aluminum glass storefront walls, special plumbing and electrical connections for chemical analytical equipment, ovens and refrigerators, relocating and adding additional electrical outlets and data drops, selected new casework. New wall finishes were provided throughout the space.
