Replace Jet Fuel Storage Complex - Florida Air National Guard, Jacksonville, FL
Pond was the lead engineer for the design and engineering services for this MILCON design for a new Petroleum, Oil & Lubricant (POL) storage complex including:
- Two new 2,500 BBL ASTs with concrete containment, truck loading and off-loading islands with pumps, filtration and controls.
- POL Operations Building including fuels lab and administrative support spaces and R-11 parking positions.
- Provided environmental and permitting support to satisfy strict state and local regulatory requirements.
