Permit & Inspection Services - Gwinnett, GA

Pond has been serving Gwinnett County Public School System as its County permit and inspection agent since 2004. Due to the approval of the Educational Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) Program, new schools as well as additions and renovations have been completed using a fast-track permit approval and inspection process.

All new or renovation construction for the school system is reviewed and approved for County permitting. This review, involving all disciplines, is a comprehensive review of the construction documents to ensure all federal, state, and local codes are met. The review also includes compliance with County development regulations. Pond is also responsible for all field inspections for the school system.
