Norcross Soccer Complex - Norcross, GA

Pond provided design-build services for a new Soccer Complex for the City of Norcross, which includes a full regulation sized artificial turf soccer field and a two-story split faced masonry concession building. The concession building includes public bathrooms, meeting rooms, office, and concession area. The building’s lower level was designed to accommodate storage for three separate tenants. Additionally, Pond provided site demolition of the existing building, site utilities, grading, construction of roadways, parking lots, landscaping and storm water management for the building and fields.
