Military Service Station - Moody Air Force Base, GA

The Pond Design and Construction team worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to design and construct a new military service station. The project also involved demolition of the existing station, after the new one was completed and accepted. The new unmanned service station offers four dual automotive fuel dispensing points. The project also involved a facility to house electrical/control systems, associated utility requirements, pavements to allow for safe flow around loading/offloading stations, site lighting, storm water detention and storm sewer upgrades. This project was completed under a design/build contract with the USACE, under which Pond provided both design and construction services.
