Marietta Fire Station #56 - Marietta, GA

Pond provided full integrated services for design, engineering and construction for the new City of Marietta Fire Station #56, on Sawyer Road. This new fire station consists of is approximately 11,000 SF, has four-bays for a variety of apparatus. The program includes administration space, station dispatch, office, fitness room, day room and other service spaces within the administration area. Staff quarters are in bunked configurations. The site development and planning addressed access easements, vehicular circulation, storm water management and landscaping.
