Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Facility Renovation - UNICOR Factory, Bennettsville
Pond designed a complete Vehicle Maintenance Facility outfitted for heavy vehicles inside the UNICOR Factory at Bennettsville FCI. This project required extensive alterations to the existing HVAC, electrical and compressed air systems through the facility. An addition was designed to increase the size of the factory and create a place for sandblasting and vehicle painting operations. The project involves new overhead bridge cranes, explosion proof electrical outlets and a hazardous materials storage building.
