Operation and Maintenance Manuals - DLA-E Facilities in Japan and Guam
Pond’s ICM staff performed detailed site assessments, including reviewing operation and maintenance procedures, to develop US Coast Guard and DoD compliant O&M manuals for six Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) sites throughout Japan and two sites in Guam. Manuals had to comply not only with US requirements, but FGS and the Government of Japan standards. The manuals were of sufficient detail that they were used to rebuild the facility piping networks following the Tsunami in 2012.
