Bellsouth BEI Super Head-End Facility - Jacksonville, FL

This project was completed under a standby architecture & engineering services contract. The facility was a new single-story, 18,320 square foot building that houses offices and computerized communications switchgear. The construction cost for this facility was $9 million. The head-end room was designed for 90 watts with 2N redundancy for the electrical and HVAC systems.
