The final phase of the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Phenix City, AL, guestroom and public space renovation wrapped up this summer, tallying yet another successful hotel project for the Pond Interiors team. Holiday Inn Express and Suites now offers a completely redesigned lobby, public space, breakfast area in compliance to the formula blue scheme and modernized guestrooms.

The public space portion of the project began with the complete demolition of the existing lobby and breakfast room. The reconfigured floor plan maximizes the usage of the space, and creates an open and welcoming communal setting for guests to enjoy. A renovated lobby, modern lounge areas, and a breakfast buffet were all strategically redesigned to flow with the lobby’s stylish new look. The existing casegoods were able to be reused in guestrooms, however, the guestrooms and guest bathrooms have received modem facelifts.
