Renovations to Special Operations Forces Administration Building - Fort Bragg, NC

Pond provided complete design, including 100% construction plans and specifications, for the renovation of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) building. The building was repurposed from an existing 1990s building. Minor civil site renovations were also required.

A design charrette was held on site to define users’ needs, outline SOF requirements, and review the existing condition of the building. Preliminary review provided valuable insight for the reuse portions of the existing mechanical system.
