Project Manager Eric Adami, PMP, EIT has more than 11 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field starting before college graduation in the contracting field. He is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Senior Project Manager Tabatha Carlton, PE has 25 years of experience in transportation, drainage design, and land development. Her transportation experience includes location studies, concept reports, environmental process coordination, and all components of preliminary and final roadway construction plans. Tabatha manages Pond’s Tampa office.
Project Manager Doug Hannah, AIA, LEED AP BD+C is a registered architect with more than 10 years of experience in all project phases. Doug’s experience ranges from collegiate master planning, mixed-use master planning, educational facilities, local government facilities, and commercial office building shells and interiors.
Director of Structural Engineering, Mark Hanselman, PE, SE, has been an engineer for nine years and has a range of experience with many types of structural projects, including the design of new buildings and facilities and the design of structural modifications. These projects have included designs for the military, higher education institutions, aviation clients, industrial clients, hospitals, departments of transportation and private clients.
Program Manager Peter Hortman is a project development and execution specialist with more than 20 years working in transportation in Georgia. He specializes in taking complex transportation challenges and devising buildable and fundable solutions.
Dewey Jones, AIA, has more than 26 years of design and A/E/C management experience serving Department of Defense, federal, state and local communities. He currently serves as Program Manager for Pond’s Navy and Virginia Beach operations. His industry experience spans all branches of the military as well as FLETC and Homeland Security and includes managing multi-year IDIQ contracts for NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Atlantic, Washington D.C. as well as USACE Baltimore and USCG Atlantic. He is an active member of SAME, USGBC, ULI and TODI and also sits on the Old Dominion University, Strome College of Business advisory board.
With more than 13 years in the field, Network Operations Manager Adam Lamb has experience managing a wide variety of systems, from mobile platforms to server farms. He specializes in mission-critical infrastructure and the deployment of industry changing technologies.
Senior Corporate Support Manager Eliza Lowe has been with Pond for nearly eight years. She oversees event planning, travel policy administration, internal office space planning and expansion, and manages security requirements for the firm’s large portfolio of Department of Defense work. Eliza chairs Pond’s wellness committee and is heavily involved with year-round philanthropic efforts. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta.
Senior Project Manager Eric Lusher, AICP has more than 15 years of experience in community planning, transportation planning, and traffic engineering projects. Eric believes that the key to a successful planning project is combining technical analysis and best practices with strong community engagement to establish a unified vision and implementation plan.
Program Manager Steve Moes has more than 36 years of professional experience in civil engineer programs, construction, infrastructure operations and maintenance, contract and capital improvement program management. He is a member of the Society of Military Engineers. Steve manages Pond’s San Antonio office.
Design Director Alan Rainer, PE has more than 32 years of experience in transportation design as a project engineer and project manager in Georgia and Florida. Alan currently oversees all transportation design projects in Pond’s Jacksonville, Fla. office.
Human Resources Manager Chris Scott has eight years of experience in a range of human resource functions, including recruitment, workforce development, organizational planning, and project management. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Discipline Director Joe Stitt, PE, LEED AP has 13 years of experience in the MEP industry in Ohio and Georgia. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and joined Pond in 2011, where he has been the lead electrical engineer for clients such as the Air National Guard, FAA, USACE, NAVFAC, JTA and Lanier Tech. Joe currently serves as Director of Electrical Engineering – Building Systems.
