Pond partners with Operation Homefront to raise contributions for the families of military service men and women. With assistance covering everything from food and household expenses to automobiles and wounded warrior care, the money raised from all our employees was greatly appreciated and put to great use.
Pond sponsors an annual voluntary fundraising drive for the national system of volunteers, contributors and local charities built on the proven effectiveness of local organizations helping people in their own communities.
Pond employees are committed to walking the walk of sustainable design, as well as energy-efficient and earth-friendly living. We incorporate green living into our personal and professional lives. We strive to have a far-reaching impact through our design initiatives and outreach in our communities. Just a few of the basic things we do include recycling paper, plastic, glass and cans in our offices; recycling old computer and electronic equipment; and always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint on the earth.
Each year during the peak time of need for food donations and contributions, Pond employees divide into teams to raise awareness of the food bank’s need in the community and try to collect the most amount of donations as possible.
Pond employees divide into teams and compete for the recognition of raising enough money for The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). WWP is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to raise awareness and to enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members. Pond matches each employee contribution dollar for dollar at the end of the fund raiser. In the past three years, we have raised and donated more then $215,000 in both employee and company matched contributions.
As individuals and as a company, Pond employees play an active role in their local community through fundraising, working with youth groups, participation and volunteering efforts. We are active in building the environment we want to live in, both as professionals and as neighbors.
