LIVE WELL

Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, pharmacy, dental and vision insurance is provided for employees and their families. Pond offers employee-only coverage options with premiums that are 100% paid for by Pond for medical, pharmacy and dental plans.

Health Savings Account: Employees enrolled in our HSA-qualified medical plan have access to a health savings account. Contributions are tax-free, unused funds roll over to the next year and grow over time. Pond fast tracks employee’s savings by contributing up to 30% of the medical plan’s deductible into the employee’s HSA accounts annually.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Healthcare, Dependent Care and Commuter FSAs are provided to allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical, dependent care, parking and transit expenses.

Gym Reimbursement: Up to $480 annually is reimbursed for gym membership.

Personal Health Coaching: Access to a personal health coach who provides individualized plans and accountability for weight management, diabetes management, stress management, tobacco cessation and heart health.

Life Insurance & AD&D: Basic life insurance with coverage of 2x salary is 100% paid for by Pond.

Supplemental Life Insurance & AD&D: Additional life insurance plans are offered for self, spouse/partner, and dependents at low-cost rates.

Disability Insurance: Both short-term and long-term disability insurance is 100% paid for by Pond

PLAN FOR THE FUTURE

401k Plan: Employee contributions up to 4% of salary earn a 100% company match. Both employee and company match contributions are vested immediately.

Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Pond contributes a monthly principal payment directly to loan providers to speed the pay down of student loan debt ($8,000 lifetime maximum). Employees must be employed for at least 1 year to receive contributions and program registration is required.

Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $8,000 is provided in tuition reimbursement benefit for employees pursuing an associate’s, bachelor’s or graduate degree from an accredited college or university.

Professional Designation Awards: Employees in pursuit of an approved professional designation receive time off to sit for the exam and a bonus upon successful completion and attainment of the designation.

Financial Wellness & Advice: Complimentary access to financial planning resources including unlimited sessions with a certified financial planner, free credit monitoring and special offers on loans and home mortgages.

Employee Discount Program: Savings on travel, entertainment, groceries, restaurants, gym/fitness, electronics, car buying and more.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Paid Time Off is accrued at a rate that varies based on individual experience and tenure.

Company Holidays: Pond recognizes 8 paid holidays plus two floating holidays each year.

 Flexible Schedules: Flexible schedules and work from home opportunities exist for many, but not all, of our roles. Managers and employees work together in good judgement to develop individual work schedule arrangements.

Caregiver Benefits:

Birth/Adoption Leave: Up to 6 weeks of paid leave at the time of birth or adoption of a child

Backup Childcare & Eldercare Services: Up to 5 days of backup childcare/eldercare each year to use when primary care falls through.

Complimentary Care.com membership: Search for and connect easily with pre-screened and vetted service providers for childcare, eldercare, tutors, pet sitters, housekeepers and more. Lifecare specialists are on call to take the guesswork and legwork out of finding care providers.

Pet Insurance: Pond provides access to group rates for pet health insurance. Covered animals include dogs, cats, birds and exotic animals.
