Health, Disability & Life Insurance – Our competitive and affordable health plan options include both a qualified high deductible and traditional co-pay medical and Rx plan. We provide a Health Savings Account solution and contribute to those savings annually along with the employee’s elected contributions. In addition, we offer dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability as well as basic life insurance. You’ll enjoy no premium costs for your individual employee coverage and these benefits are conveniently effective the first of the month following your start date. We also offer employees the option to expand their life insurance for themselves and their dependents to better provide for their personal financial needs.

Wellness Program & Health Club Membership – We want our employees to be healthy and live well. At Pond, you can take advantage of our wellness program in several ways to best suit your personal needs. Employees can take advantage of the Health Club Membership reimbursement program, which reimburses you up to $420 per year at the club of your choice. Additionally, our employees enjoy access to a staff of registered nurses, dietitians, personal trainers and physical therapists through an annual wellness coaching program designed to promote healthy behaviors for our employees and their families.

Tax Savings & Retirement Planning Benefits – Our various tax and retirement savings benefits are designed to provide our employees with a variety of options to help with financial management specific to the needs of their families.

401(K) Retirement Plan – Pond provides a 401(K) safe harbor plan for its employees. This qualified retirement plan offers both Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) contribution options. The only requirement for eligibility is that the employee be full-time and be 21 years of age. The employee may elect to contribute a percentage of their salary up to the annual maximum set by the IRS. Pond provides a matching contribution of 100% up to the first 4% of an employee’s elected contribution and these matching funds are immediately vested.

Cafeteria Plan – Employees are able to pay for medical, dental and vision insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars by enrolling in the Section 125 plan.

Dependent Care Account – This program allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to reimburse themselves for qualified dependent or childcare expenses.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Employees may be reimbursed with pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses by setting aside annual use-it-or-lose-it savings using this plan.

Health Savings Account (HSA) – Pond offers access to a health savings account provider through HSABank or they may use an existing HSA account to set aside tax-free health related dollars. Employees who elect participation in the qualified medical and Rx insurance plan are eligible to defer money for unreimbursed medical expenses into this account on a pre-tax basis.

Sick Time – Pond provides full time employees accumulated paid sick leave time totaling 80 hours per year and it continues to accumulate up to 160 hours year over year. This time is there to help our employees and their families afford the time needed to take care of themselves and recover from illness or injury.

Vacation – Paid vacation time is preloaded each year at a rate based on tenure. Employees up to 5 years in service receive 80 hours per year, at which time this increases to 120 hours per year.

Personal Time – Exempt level Pond professionals may use a Personal Time paid leave account to store up hours worked in excess of a normal weekly schedule for use at a later time.

Flex Time & Compressed Scheduling – Where work commitments and normal job duties permit, employees are offered flexibility in setting schedules that work effectively for them and their families. We offer flexibility in normal work day schedules to better accommodate commute times. With support of teams and client demands, we allow our employees to arrange for compressed work schedules, putting in an extra hour over nine days with the tenth day off.

Holidays – Pond recognizes federal holidays to include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. During the holiday season at the end of each year, Pond provides additional days of office closure so our employees are able to spend time with friends and loved ones. These are published each January for the new calendar year planning. To support our diverse workforce, we also provide 8 hours of paid Floating Holiday time each year to be used at the employee’s discretion.

Business Casual Dress – We want our professionals to have a comfortable environment to perform their work so our normal attire around Pond offices is business casual. When formal presentations, client meetings or industry events demand a more professional appearance, we dress it up. Likewise, site visits, field-based work and construction site supervision require not only well-suited protective clothing but additional protective equipment furnished to our employees through award winning safety program.
