“I have worked with many of the major names in our industry, and I really honed my project management skills with the start and completion of a comprehensive engineering and construction program, for a previous client, which I consider to be a major milestone in my career,” he explained.
The comprehensive program involved managing 50 different engineering and pipeline construction projects over the past seven years.
“Bahaa’s experience, leadership and client focused approach align perfectly with Pond’s corporate values,” said Program Director Brannen Butts. “His expertise allows Pond to serve the Oil and Gas industry with even greater responsiveness and capability.”
A graduate of the University of Houston, Ghuneim received a bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering, and he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Since starting his role as Program Manager, Ghuneim’s momentum hasn’t waned. Ghuneim will be responsible for supporting Pond’s oil and gas division with project execution and technical expertise related to pipelines and associated facilities projects, as well as identifying opportunities for expansion and growth of the program.
“It’s the diversity and range of services that Pond provides that makes me excited about working with them, and the latitude I have been given to grow the natural gas client and project base,” he explained. “Pond promotes that excellence, and I will continue to strive toward that commitment by being very responsive to our clients’ needs, and by not only meeting their needs but exceeding their expectations.”
